Worship
Welcome to Worship!
We are glad you are here. Visitors, please, fill out a communication card so that we can thank you for worshiping with our church family today.
Take a moment to mark the pages of the pew Bible near your seat with the assigned Lessons and Gospel for the day.
Hymns and songs not printed in the bulletin will be found in the red hymnal entitled Evangelical Lutheran Worship (ELW). The hymns are toward the back of the hymnal and are numbered with large numbers at the top of each page.
All are welcome to receive Holy Communion. When you proceed forward toward the altar the pastor will offer a wafer (please, ask if you desire gluten free). Wine is clear on the outer rings of the tray and the juice (no alcohol) is dark in the center of the tray.
All preschool and elementary school aged children are welcome to meet in the Narthex prior to the start of service and walk together with an adult helper to Sunday School. Children will return to service after the passing of the peace where they will worship with their families for the remainder of the service.
Young children who remain in worship with us may enjoy using one of the Children’s Worship Bags available in the narthex with activities to keep their minds and fingers engaged. There is also a cry room available in the rear of the church if needed where the service can still be heard and viewed.
Large print Bibles are available. Please ask an usher and they will be happy to provide one for you
